Thanks for sharing, excellent video. It seems like many of the so called
"third world countries" are way ahead of us here in the US when it comes to
protecting spawning aggregations. We know where many of the aggregations
exist, but are reluctant to offer any meaningful protection if it may
infringe on anyone's short term ability to catch a fish. Only when the
aggregation is beat down to the point where there is little opposition to protecting
the aggregation site do we act -- as was the case with Riley's Hump in the
Tortugas area. [...]
