Please see attached a Briefing Paper written by the Caribbean Natural Resources Institute (CANARI) to help inform a coherent and coordinated Caribbean SIDS negotiating strategy for the continuing post-2015 negotiations and other related processes. This strategy was distilled by CANARI from statements made by Caribbean governments to the United Nations Open Working Group on the Sustainable Development Goals, the preparatory meetings for the September 2014 SIDS conference in Samoa and statements made at the conference itself.
