Milton Haughton has written a very timely article on support for the regional fisheries policy for the Caricom Community. I feel that his paragraph 6 in particular, hits home, showing some of the many benefitsand what we need to put in place to try to achieve these.  I do hope that finally we will have a united front on which to move forward for fisheries management for our region.
