milk conch/bahia honda
Several years ago I posted some photos and did a lot of complaining about a
problem at the new Bahia Honda bridge in the Florida Keys. The problem
was the holes around the pilings were cut a little too big and the milk conch
were becoming trapped and dying in fairly large numbers. It seems that
milk conch are not very good at climbing vertical walls. See photos below
