Thanks Karl. I am sorry to hear of the passing on Prof Ivan Goodbody, an
icon and a father of marine sciences and related disciplines in the
Caribbean. My condolences and prayers are with his family and friends at
this time. Prof spent his entire professional life building human and
institutional capacity and advancing research to improving understanding of
coastal and marine processes, and sustainable use and management of the
region's marine and coastal resources. And in my opinion, he did a
