Great news came over the weekend for Biscayne. Thanks to all of you who
attended the public meetings and submitted comments as part of the process,
they listened. Biscayne National Park released their Final General
Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement for the park, which
includes a marine reserve zone. The plan includes a small, no-take marine
