Dear Colleagues,

Regarding the question from The Turks and Caicos Islands for
Regulations for Maximum and Minimum Size for Snapper and Grouper, the
Foundation ICRI Colombia in Pro of Coral Reefs despite that it
acknowledges overfishing in the Caribbean coral reefs and it is
promoting lionfish consumption as an alternative to diminish the
pressure on the leftover native stocks; it also considers the risk to
human health of pollution due to human activities. Therefore, our
Foundation is advising the Colombian Government within our program
"Publications for Public Actions" that one of the criteria for
defining the maximum sizes to catch [...]
