Lionfish economics: New UWF course looks at how to market the invasive species

University of West Florida economics professor Bill Huth is looking for creative ways to market food made from invasive lionfish. Huth's new business course is focused on the economics of lionfish. He hopes his students will find ways to eradicate the predatory fish that are threatening native species.
